i use it and its great, fast, stable, seems so far to be way more stable then 
even 6.1 or 5 ever was.

no offense but to me it sounds like your troubles are gunna start with the the 
actual code (ask someone from myspace about this hahah)
CFMX7 is a completely different beast then the prehistoric cfm5.

I'm working on a project now running on 5 (redoing into cfmx7) and my gawd the 
code back then was like "earth to ground control...."

My advise would be to looki into properly optimizing your server and then go 
back and get your code up to date.

It seems to be quite unstable compared to 5.0. The performance also seems to be 
worse, not better. Is anyone using this in a production environment? 

I have migrated from 5.0 and am starting to regret that decision. There seems 
to be an endless list of problems with performance and tags just not working.

The jre crashes seem to happen when there is the slightest load. In 5.0 it used 
to slow the user doing the long request. Now it seems to kill everyone.
