Window dimensions are measured w/o the border. Try this: 1. On a larger screen resolution, resize an unmaximized window to 800 x 600 using the outside of the borders. Then do a screen capture.
2. Change your screen resolution to 800 x 600. Maximize the browser, then do another screen capture. 3. Compare the two captures. There will be a diff of a few pixels.
