This topic is always going to get messy, some people and firms love
using frameworks others just don't see the point. Others like myself
just don't like seeing /index.cfm?action= on every page.

Simon Horwith had a great article about Methodology: Sensible Assembly
(SAM) which he used to code a version of http://www.cfpetmarket.com...
January CF Developer Jurnal it was online for awhile but I couldn't
find it for this post.

Coldfusion is the framework/scripting language, methodologies
everything together.

While i use to see this topic come up from time to time on the php
cms's the likes of xoops and e-xoops/runcms message boards, the
methodology of where to place certain functions and files was what
make them work.
