As long as you have a try / catch around your process it will no break as far as code is concerned (if an email really is not at email in construct) - that way you can log bad emails to screen or to file, you could even ensure that they are cool but selecting only good ones on send.
You could use failto: which may alllo you get at any bouncebacks. If you want to be 100% sure you should get your own SMTP server and send email to that.
