I think it theory it's a good idea - people looking out for people... But in reality people would FREAK OUT over stuff that was posted and probably cause you more of a head ache that you would like.

Anybody think it's a worthwhile venture? I wouldn't expect to make any money at it, but I do have the server and means to have such a site up and running inside of a day...
