We can all throw out a bunch of names of people we think belong in that list. I 
bet even you can. And if not, some names have been dropped in this thread (some 
serious, some in jest).

That makes me curious about something else and I think that question is equally 
important if you really want the best: you know their names, but why aren't 
they working for you yet?
