Daniel and Simon, I agree that CFUnited is a very good conference, but is it perfect? I don't think so. I've looked around at what some other tech conferences are doing, and though I haven't attended these, I like their ideas.
Does offering criticism mean I think the conference is bad? Of course not. Do I still plan on attending CFUnited? Yes. I want to mention that I always email Michael directly /first/ with my suggestions. But when I am ignored I tend to vent a bit when occasion arises.
