One important lesson I attempt to instill in our employees is that it's
alright to ask for help when you need it.

Instead of uprooting a system that is already working well, it might be
wise to hire a consultant to point you in the right direction as far as
handling your growth on that platform. There's no question about if the
platform is capable, but more about if the people are capable. If people
need training in order to accommodate growth - that's normal, healthy,
and corporations do it all the time.

Another option: hire an employee to do it for you who enjoys it so that
you don't have to worry about it. If no one in your organization
currently enjoys the existing system administration aspect of your
business, and your growth is creating more and more responsibilities in
that area, then this may be the perfect time to hire someone new. By
hiring someone new, you will reduce the amount of system administration
responsibilities on employees who don't want it, your developers can
focus on development, and you will be making an investment in a new team
member instead of software that you don't need.
