@James

I certainly hope that they read the license for BD Server and entered
into a Hosting Partner Agreement. It is deployable in a hosting
enviroment, as stated on the NA website:

"The use of BlueDragon Server within a hosted environment requires a
Hosting Partner Agreement with New Atlanta, and may require a
licensing fee."

During the testing phase I was in communication with Josh Adams from
NA and told him that AventureHost was considering supporting
BlueDragon. I never mentioned licensing or anything related as the
subject matter was regarding development of a Control Panel plugin for
registering DSNs and mappings.

I am going to confirm with AventureHost that they have formed a
Hosting Partner Agreement with NA. I suggest two things: 1) Go to the
AventureHost forums and let them know that you are excited about CFML
support on their very affordable plans and 2) wait until I confirm the
license status prior to purchasing an account with them in case they
did deploy BD without noting section 1.3.D of the SLA.

@Mark

They are currently running the latest version of the free BlueDragon
Server Edition and support everything except for CFexecute and
CFregister. At the moment, you will have to create a support ticket to
request a DSN or mapping to be setup.
