You can use whatever webroot you want, as long as there's a directory
(physical or virtual) within it that corresponds to your CFIDE directory or
as long as you specify a valid SCRIPTSRC attribute in your CFFORM tag. When
you install CF, if you choose to hook it to an external web server it'll ask
you where the web root directory is, and it'll put CF in that directory.
However, if you don't choose to do that at install, and do it later, you're
responsible for creating the directory yourself.
