I used Viux for many years. VPS for $75/mo up to 30 domains. CF7, Plesk interface and RDP. Good service -- no extra charges for support of any kind. All tags enabled.
I am now moving everything to EnterHost. From about $250 for a CF8 dedicated box (I'm going for the $300 option) with no domain limit. Plesk is $optional. I prefer RDP anyway. When we hit the 50 site mark, at $300/mo that puts each site at $6/mo.
