Did he (Greg) give any indication when we can connect to helm?
I am on a shared account by the way and luckily we are up and running again -
email ok, ftp ok and able to connect via Navicat to the MySQL Database server.
But NO helm.
How busy is he at the moment? I need a 2nd database.
