Just to add to this comment, this I think is a big part of why so many of us have left. Do we blame him for the servers getting messed up? No. But we do blame him for the extremely poor communication with us afterwards and failing to let us know that this was not going to be quickly resolved so that we could get our sites taken care of elsewhere in the meantime.
