I don't mean to bud in on an off topic conversation, or cast doubt on
anyone's skills...
but if you are confident your Admin is very good, then why this whole
conversation about where to store the clientvariables? If he/she is that
good, then they would likely be sitting in at least an Access database, if
not a proper SQL/Oracle server.

Ok Ok!! I need to defend my Company...Mr.Houser is correct, if your name is
not on our contact list we need to contact the owner or the technical
contact. We do this for security reasons. We take care of our customers,
sometimes because we care we have to take some action. Customers have to
understand that hundreds of sites are also hosted on that same server. I
work with cfapostle and trust me I never have a System Admin like him, he
knows his stuff. He will never touch a code until he talks to the owner of
that site :)
We are not perfect but we try our best.
