Erika, I recently ran across these as well and talked to my server guy. He thinks they are from the Management and Monitoring services that come with CF 5. I have since disabled those services and am waiting to see if I still get the error. It was fairly random in the past, so it may take a few days to see if this fixes the problem.

These files are located in the <docroot>\cfide\mib\ directory." And I followed its advice, but I still get the errors in the event log. Puzzled as to what to do with it and prevent it from happening.
