The only problem i can fore see with processing by hand is storage of credit card numbers. Obviously this is a big no, no. So how do i process by hand, and still use a Credit Card plugin? Can you just verify the CC, then when the order is ready to ship approve the order to be billed to the CC via some kind of identifier?
