Oh, I don't think so. While they've both been around for quite a while, procedural programming still predates OO by decades, I'd guess. It's worth noting that, from a CS point of view (and I'm not a CS grad, so you'll have to take this with a grain of salt) there haven't really been too many innovations in the core concepts of programming for a very long time.
