I've been doing that since 1998... I develop on a Mac using BBEdit and test on the (remote) hosted CF sites. But, I want to develop on the Mac... Run on the Mac then deploy on the web. Also, eventually develop self-contained, standalone apps (like on a CD or Kiosk) that run on any platform. Because of its intrinsic power, RAD ability, and DB Interface, CF seems a natural for this... (all it needs is a standalone app server... hmm)! DWMX would probably not improve the above!
