It comes with Dreamweaver MX, so regardless of whether you buy Dreamweaver MX by itself or as part of the Studio MX bundle, you'll have HomeSite+.
Studio MX is NOT ColdFusion Studio, it's just a bundle of Macromedia products sold together (I assume with better pricing than buying everything separately).
