No, they all work well enough together on my machine. I've got Dreamweaver
MX, Homesite+, and CF Studio 5. When you buy Dreamweaver MX, you get
Homesite+ as a separate installer, and you can simply not install it if you
have CF Studio 5 if you choose. Homesite+ doesn't seem to offer any
significant advantages over CF Studio 5, and as others have pointed out, the
customization functionality has been limited as a result of the Adobe
lawsuit.
