I see it all the time. Lots of recruitment agencies see CF as a legacy or redundant development platform and I guess that is a result of demand and corporate retention of the platform. I really think Adobe needs to do something about it. They need to advertise and get out there promoting the platform otherwise it will end up the way of the dodo. They need to be out there so we start seeing "Migrating from .NET to Coldfusion" ads!
