Title: RE: [cfaussie] Re: OT: MXDU
Heh heh! Sounds like typical recruitment agency "bait ad" designed to impress employers, outdo competitors and intimidate candidates by playing the "how many acronyms do you know?" game. I doubt there's a real job behind it. Can you imagine what monstrosity will come out from applying all these technologies to a solution?

Subject: [cfaussie] Who knows all this stuff??

Hey guys

Just curious about something.  Just saw an add for a web developer position and this is what they required.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Experiences in all of the following technologies are ideally required:
HTML, DHTML, CCS, ASP or ASP.Net, Cold Fusion (4.5 or later), ADO (2.1 or later), Transact SQL, VB or VB.Net, VBA and Win32 API.
Experience in Java, VC++ or C#, VJ++ of J# is highly desirable.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone on this list know all of this stuff?

I would expect that people would have knowledge of about half of whats listed.
