He's trying to testdrive a DIY build your own nuclear fusion powered flying
car.

Yeah all the components come pre assembled and all you need to do is bolt
the bastard togethor. But those components are still complex as a mofo when
it comes right down to it, and still require some knowledge to make work.

Personally? I'm just playin devils adocate. I think if you can establish
beyond reasonable doubt that your not a DFU (dumb flaming user) and you have
taken reasonable resolution steps then you should get your money back after
speaking with support. Alternately maybe a prorata system, charge $500 and
refund $25 a minute. If it takes more then 20 minutes to resolve your
issues, the support is free.

Make it kinda like gambling, the more genuine your issue the less money it
costs you. Hell, if it takes more then 20 minutes to resolve on the phone
they can pay you for the privilledge of locating a new bug with their server
installation. That'd be sweet.
