I also had issues with the updates. MM's advice - which I took at face
value - was to try again. I was there since "Neo" (can't ait for the
next Matrix film) and the first updater was a real pain in the arse.
Destructor of a - MM standard - installation.

Updater 2 (cumalative - unlike many of Micro$ofts updates) went AOK and
fixed the unique CFADMIN scheduler bug.

I'll work with MK to help him get up and running in CFMX Dev
environment. For Free. Not $US500 (although I could buy a new lounge
suite for that!).

Not satisfied until MK is happy.

"Not Happy Jan!"

Hi Mike,

While I havent had simmilar issues with XP, I did encounter simmilar
problems under 2k adv server when running updater 2 and having to
reinstall CFMX to resolve some issue associated - I resolved by going
back to the prior image with cf5 again, and then installing CFMX as an
upgrade over the top. I found a number of issues with trying to
reinstall, even after a fairly thorough purge of everything CF I could
find.

Appologies if any of my comments regarding DFU's were interpreted as
being in regards to you personally. They were aimed at the generic
example case with regards to policy establishment rather then any
specific individual..

Cheers
Sean
