Macromedia(Allaire) has for a long time offered FREE (server) installation support via email, which to me seems reasonable enough
http://www.macromedia.com/support/email/isupport/ You get what you pay for, and support is _always_ at best a break even (most times a loss making) operation for most software vendors.
