External, but local mail server running sendmail.

OK sounds good but how do you set up the cron job? How does it know if CF is
running or not? How do you tell that it has begun the restarting weirdness
(apart from users calling up saying they are loosing sessions)?

What do you mean by bad address - incorrect email format (eg.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]&^$&[EMAIL PROTECTED]) or an address that doesn't exist on a host (eg.
[EMAIL PROTECTED])?

I've got it narrowed down to some spool files at this end. If you want I can
send them off list so you can see if they replicate the problem.
