don't know I'm just going on what Dave Carabetta said:

Seems pretty sure about it. Also there has just been a post in this thread
by Steven Erat from MM saying the 0 byte bug does NOT exist in CF5, but
there is a similar bug in its place. However his description of the symptoms
of this bug don't seem to match what I see. If you're interested the thread
