You wouldn't happen to have one of those emails flying around would you? I have some 
at home but want it now ;-))
It's just that I am trying to make it look clear with just text, but not doing a good 
job at it, and I remember their emails looked quite clear and understandable.

Old internic and aunic used to send out forms via email, their concept was
something like:

a1. Your Name:
a2. Email Address:

etc.

I'd assume it was a simple parse to find the identifier eg "a1. Your Name:"
and then everything between that and end-of-line or the next identifier is
the response.
