Well my original solution worked fine, but I've written a little java util to recurse 
through 
directories and rename any application.cfm to Application.cfm.

I'll run that through our server, and see what happens ;o)

(Yes! I tested it locally!)

Background task uses the exact same application.cfm as the entire app. So I doubt that 
would 
be it (unless you are referring to the same casing issue?)
