So nope - that's not the issue.

(otherwise we'd have the same issue we did before - both www.site.com/index.cfm, and www.site.com:8700/index.cfm displaying the same thing)

The corrupt class file -- or non-updating class file is relatively common on CF6 development environments. That's why they introduced the option of NOT saving class files to disk in CF6.1.


I find it happens occaisionally if you change the webserver mapping for home or something from one app to the next.

Your best option is to upgrade to 6.1 -- or just periodically delete the CFCLASSES directory contents.
