A very valid point. I'm starting to wonder if it's a thread issue.
I did try hitting the site while my 're-cache' was in effect, but it seemed to handle it without a problem.
When we hit problems with thread safety in Mach II applications, they only showed up under load test conditions...
Gotta love threading issues - I'm normally pretty careful with these things.
We thought we were as well but we still missed some 'var' declarations :)
