I have and the answer came up no.
2-way sat is evil in costs, plus the connection is pathetic (word from the street says that is so).

Due to my IT blackhole.. (waits for ass jokes to come forward) i am force to the only option of coming close to broadband, ISDN.
Before I spend a fortune on setup costs etc, can anyone here who has ISDN give me any advice on what to get / look out for.
Furthermore, any good ISDN ISP's in Brisbane?
p.s I cant get ADSL/CABLE due to underground cabling and the fact that they have no spare copper lines... bastards..
