Hi, any isp that offers 56K can technically service isdn. whether they are administrativley capable is another question.
also, i understand that telstra isdn has come way down recently, with domestic plans like this one quite affordable: http://www.telstra.com.au/phones/homeservices/plans_homeline_budget.htm at 17.50 per month and 30c flat per call, could be as cheap as a normal phone line. but i have not asked whether you need to dial up to big pond only, or whether 2 channels (ie 128K) are counted as one or two calls.
