Thank you for taking the time to make an assumption again, this code is self
modifying code and is part of a very large framework and unless you know
this don't make the assumption that I could make new code (well in a way it
is) use best practice, but as it was a modification to old and not an
addition I would have.

Do you notice that the comment you make is an IE only world, and that is the
thing this application is IE only and until IE decides not to support this
method then it isn't broken so its not getting changed. Best practice or
not, the budget would not allow for this much code to be changed, tested and
reworked.

Scott, your reply proves my point again.
