Drop all your constraints, then re-add them after Importing your data.

Taco,

Not that simple, I have tried to use the DTS method and never can get it to
work. I have multiple tables that have constraints and relationships that
DTS seems to not be working with, maybe it's the way I am trying it. I just
can't seem to copy the data over using DTS, I'll put it down to me not
understanding DTS properly I guess.

Any thoughts.

DTS, just export the data into the other database, you can specify in the
options 
what you want to transfer and whether you want to insert into the identity
field.

Just right click the table in question, click export and follow the
prompts..
