You can also disable check constraints with DTS (I believe).
If not, then you just need to make sure you run the export in the right order, 
i.e. 
the tables with the foreign relationships first.
example;

Person
User
Email

First insert the Person because the User table relies on a record being present 
in the Person table etc. etc.
