I spent 2 days last week looking at DTS and I could not get it to work,
every method I approached failed.

Anyway thanks to all who did offer assistance, the problem is now done.

Uuuh, DTS copies them for you one at a time.
I'm telling you DTS will do the trick but if you are not willing to have a
look at it 
and investigate then go ahead and waste your time doing it manually.
