It's not possible to trademark or copyright a CFML tag or function. It's
only possible to copyright an implementation (that is, the source code). If
someone else wants to do a different implementation, that's fine. New
Atlanta no more "owns" CFCONSTRUCTOR than MM "owns" CFQUERY.
