In the end, does that help or hurt us that use the MM CFMX Server? If we chime up and say, "Well, Blue Dragon has it, why don't you?" Is MM going to put it in or is MM going to ignore it because BD has it and they're not going to do it?

My one thought is that "new features" are the one piece of BlueDragon that Macromedia cannot possibly lay any claim of intellectual property too. With regards to CFML, they probably can make a claim that most of it is "theres" but I wonder how much effort they have put into securing their intellectual property. (I.E. is every CFML tag somehow trademarked or copyright )
