CVSNT is not 100% compatible with Eclipse. On the CVSNT server control panel look under compatabilty, select client: Generic non-cvsnt and tick all three options. Restart server and you should be able to connect through.
I've been able to set it up locally on the development network here using pserver but not remotely using sspi.
