It sure helped. I also found out that i am still to ignorant to read 
through the complete documentation, i have seen now that there is a 
synchronize perspective, where you can just link the project in CFeclipse 
to the CVS repository. It keeps track of all your changes and allows you 
to update local files in your project and commit changed local files to 
the cvs.

Now i've got it exactly where it wants me.
