Is anyone using a project/code management tool that they are happy with? A tool that manages the assignment of low-level tasks all the way up to giving managers a high-level view of the status of projects. *Microsoft Project*comes to mind. Maybe even *Trac*, or *RedMine* or *Gira*. I know a lot of companies have in-house solutions - IBM is famous for their RUP based tool. Some tools are SDLC focused, providing mechanisms for requirements gathering to testing and deployment. What is everyone using?
