I'm not sure what you mean about your model being too complex for Transfer,
but you can always ask on the Transfer list if you need help.
Having worked with Hibernate, I think you may be in for something of a shock
if you think it is going to be significantly easier to use with a complex
model versus Transfer, but time will tell.
