But seriously, if you HAVE to run IIS (here's where I try to redeem
myself)  there is a specific order of installation:
IIS
then coldfusion

because the coldfusion install updates the config of IIS.

Can you view non CF pages from the server?  And how about viewing the
pages from a remote machine?  (In case there is a local mapping issue).

PS  Don't rule out the possibility of Apache, you cna download binaries to
run on (ugh) NT4 and W2k.
