The IIS service is "Starting" (not "Started")? What are the System event logs showing for the IIS server? There should (hopefully) should be something.   Have you uninstalled Client for Microsoft Networks? This MUST be installed for IIS to work. It can (and should) be disabled but it has to be there. I have tried uninstalling IIS and reinstaling it but that does not help.  When I look at the service is says starting?   Any suggestions?  I am sure that when Terry reads this he will say install Apache :)   TIA   Mike
