We should fix this particular bug before releasing a 1.0 server -- put
it on the queue. I'm assuming we'll have a small set of similar bugs
that ought to be fixed for a 1.0 server, and I'm assuming that they are
almost all currently assigned to Randy with a target milestone of 1.0.
I'll review that list with Randy.

I would like to hear from people re thoughts on whether we should be
just punting all these types of bugs or whether we should be fixing some
of them. Should this bug go in the work queue?
