I think we should fix this scenario as it is pretty basic to people
running their own servers. (The whole point being you want something
more private, more secure, more under control than the Hub service.)
But I don't know that we need to fix this in the 1.0 timeframe, which
is really defined around 1.0 for Desktop users and Collaborators of
Desktop users.
