I use Outlook as a client for an Exchange server account. Like others I have a
filter that moves messages from the J forums to a separate folder (I put them
all in one folder). The AutoArchive settings for the folder is set to
automatically delete messages older than 4 weeks. I then use the Forum archive
to access those older messages.
