[Jchat] ie9 without plot

I do not use ie9 but test it once in a while.
This morning I tested the plot lab and it ran ok but did not show any plots.
I ran the plot lad in chrome and all plot show fine.
The same ijx log is shown in the ie9 window but without plots.
