using f12 in ie9 and doing refresh to get messages says this
HTML1204: 127.0.0.1 is running in Compatibility View because 'Display all websites in Compatibility View' is checked. jijx document mode ie7 standards changed it to use ie9 standards and nof the plots are showing and everything fine.
